GENEALOGY CORNER

One of our favorite new offerings at RHS is our Genealogy services. You may have noticed we’ve talked about it a few times already in this newsletter edition. An exciting new addition to our newsletter is our Genealogy Corner, where we’ll share helpful tips and tools to help you explore your family history.

One great source is FamilySearch.org. It is a free site, but you must create an account and sign in to access its services. We feel the most useful tool that FamilySearch offers is ‘Full Text Searching’ using AI. It has been upgraded and includes several filters. We suggest that you watch a YouTube video by Aimee Cross, a professional genealogist, titled, "Unlocking New Discoveries in your Family History is now Easier" to assist in using this great tool.
