There are two ways to order. Fill out the form below and submit your order through our site or download an order form here to either mail or fax in. In both cases a representative will contact you with your Total Due and payment options.

HOW TO ORDER USING THE ONLINE FORM - All fields with asteriks are required. Simply click the box by each item you wish to order and the quantity, and color and size if applicable. If you order more than one particular kind of shirt, and need different sizes, note those sizes in the box provided at the end of the form. All information collected is for Renton History Museum use and will not be shared.
